Can you name some Tips to Help Increase Affiliate Sales? …to avoid having Tons of Clicks & Zero Sales?
When you first start with affiliate marketing, it’s common to think it’s easy and you’re going to make tons of money really fast.
However, it turns out that if you don’t really have a full plan in place to get things rolling quickly, you most likely make not too many (if any) affiliate sales and obviously you’ll not see affiliate commissions soon.
Said that, still there are proven ways to help you increase your affiliate sales.

The most of the best ways for this matter is simply involve driving more quality traffic to the affiliate programs.
Quality traffic means highly targeted or laser targeted traffic.
Did you catch the key phrase in that last sentence? Laser Targeted traffic.
One of the common mistakes of beginner and non experienced affiliate marketers is they think sending tons of traffic to an affiliate product page will do the job for them.
Will they soon be flooded with sales commissions that way?
Not a chance! This is simply not the case though.
What good it does to you getting ten thousand visitors to a website or sales page if no one of them buys from you?
Or even worse… they were looking for something else on your site!
So, when examining your traffic, first, start where your visitors coming from and what they are looking for on your website.
Let’s say you send ten thousand visitors looking for exercise treadmills to your website, when your website actually is about herbal remedies instead — can you guess how many sales you’ll have? Good Call!
Yep, most likely you are not going to see much success with sales, don’t you?
This leads us to this simple conclusion — The number one goal for you as an affiliate, always should be nothing but the Laser Targeted traffic!
It’s easier said than done, isn’t it? How, exactly you get targeted traffic to your affiliate websites, right?
Well then… it can be done in several ways, so let’s look at a few of those.
1. Write articles on the right topic.
If you’re promoting an affiliate product such as the herbal remedies mentioned above, then you’ll want to write articles about herbal remedies. Try to identify related topics and broaden the topics on your site.
However, the more focused articles you write on your chosen affiliate topic, the better your chances to find more targeted visitors that easily can be converted into making sales.
2. Create websites with your articles.
Create your own website which focuses tightly on the affiliate topic you’ve chosen — create index including related subtopics and then write short but informative articles about them.
Allow free reprinting and you’ll be able to start getting links from other websites. This way you can drive traffic to your website, through your affiliate links and advertisements to be seen by more people who are interested in that particular topic.
3. Create blogs with your articles.
Just like in creating your website, creating a blog works very much the same way as creating a website does.
Better yet… you can start your own blog at no cost. Blogs are more often indexed by search engines. They are considered as more informal source and you can promote your affiliate products even creating shorter — 250-350 words length — articles or even creating daily tips — tightly related to the affiliate products you’re promoting.
4. Give away your articles packed as a zip files – pack of 5-10 articles on the issue.
Keep unique the articles you publish on your blog and give away only modified or slightly changed articles though. Again, make sure the articles are tightly focused on your given affiliate topic.
Giving away of these articles on various internet websites, will reward you with an additional links to your website, your blog, or your affiliate sales pages.
These links add up to a lot of targeted traffic and result a lot of affiliate sales commissions over time.
